Refund Policy

At AXORAKW, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of dropshipping and third-party fulfillment, refunds or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The item received is significantly different from the product description.
• A shipping error occurred.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos as evidence.

We do not accept refunds for:
• Used products
• Opened items
• Delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control
• Change of mind after shipment

Approved refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
